Najiya K.M. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Sullamussalam Science College, with 19 years of teaching experience. She holds a Master's degree in Physics and specializes in the field of Physics. Najiya has participated in various academic programs, including short-term courses on innovation, AI tools, and astrophysics. She is actively involved in professional development, having attended numerous seminars and workshops on topics like computational thinking, material research, and online education. Najiya is also the State Level Coordinator for the National Standard Examination (NSE) 2024 conducted by the Indian Association of Physics Teachers.
