His leadership and vision were instrumental in shaping the college's early years. After a decade of remarkable service, he retired in 2005, leaving behind a legacy of commitment and academic rigor.
Dr. K. Mohammed Basheer
2005-2013
Dr. K Mohammed Basheer became the Principal of Sullamussalam Science College in 2005, following the retirement of Dr. P.P. Abdul Haq. Dr. Basheer continued the tradition of dedication and commitment, further strengthening the college's academic and administrative framework. His tenure was marked by significant advancements and a focus on holistic education. In 2013, Dr. Basheer was appointed as the Registrar of Kerala University, Trivandrum, where he continued to contribute to the field of education with the same dedication and commitment. He became the Vice Chancellor of the Calicut University in 2015.
