About the College

Sullamussalam Science College is a first grade aided college affiliated to University of Calicut, approved by University Grants Commission and accredited by the NAAC with A grade. The College is located on the picturesque hills of Perumparamba on the banks of the river Chaliyar, a kilometer away from Areacode town in Malappuram District. The college is run by Muslim Educational Association, an educational organization formed in 1994 under the auspices of Jamiyyathul Mujahideen Sangam, one of the pioneer reformist muslim educational movements in Malabar. The college was founded with the objective of imparting quality education to backward minority communities in rural areas of Malabar. Thanks to the Almighty, it has so far triumphed in its objectives, despite various constraints. Now on a stable footing, the college is venturing into new avenues of higher education.
