The Department of History & Journalism students actively participated in the Sullamussalam Anti-Drug Day Campaign organized on September 27, 2024 as part of the 80th Anniversary Celebrations of Sullamussalam Institutions.

The campaign was aimed aimed to raise awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and to promote a healthy, drug-free lifestyle. The campaign was an important part of the college’s efforts to engage students in social issues and empower them to become responsible citizens.

The event began with a pledge ceremony, where one of the students read out the oath, and the rest of the participants followed suit. The pledge was a commitment to stay away from drugs, promote awareness about their harmful effects, and support efforts to create a drug-free society.
